Riley House

Riley House was born and raised in Greeneville, TN. The Gatekeepers strives to challenge the way we become informed about our world and what we perceive as freedom. There are numerous hidden agendas that people never question. Freedom and thoughts are closely aligned with the way media is presented and projected onto us as individuals of this society. Websites and search engines are becoming personalized and tailored to reinforce our ideals of the world without any challenge or opposition. The presentation of freedom and choice is a false representation. Media outlets and advertisements use rhetoric to misguide and persuade us. They play a glamorous game of distraction where people readily believe any information without questioning it. People do not question information we are at this point in society spoon fed. Gatekeepers in the media world are the ones who decide what stories and information should be released to the public through varying media outlets.
