THE DICKSON DIP: DELUSIONS OF ADEQUACY

There is a hole in Dickson County. And it may swallow us all.

This is a benefit show for this infamous “sinkhole” in Dickson County that has been ignored for over a year by the state and has now led to permanent damage to surrounding businesses and the city itself. All work exhibited in Todd Hall’s 210 Gallery will be exploring a satirical look at this hilariously negligent reality. All work exhibited in the gallery, such as paintings, t-shirts, sculptures, prints, etc. is for “sale” by donation - and all proceeds donated from the week-long exhibit will go towards the repair of the collateral damage from the hole and hopefully, the eventual repair of the hole itself. Every night of the week starting at 7:00pm, there will be live music and art performances as well as a baked goods raffle to further promote the proceeds.
