BUCHANAN ARTS STUDENT & FACULTY GROUP EXHIBITION/ FUNDRAISER

Buchanan arts is a light in the neighborhood, offering affordable after school and continuing education in the arts across ages and skill levels. In the Young Artists Program, kids are given the chance to experiment with a variety of mediums while thinking critically about concepts and mediums. Through the summer, a variety of artists from around the region come in to work with all ages of students, with skills ranging from 3D printing to traditional pit clay firing. For adults, continuing education courses offer the chance to get your hands in the clay and produce a wide range of styles from wheel throwing to slab building. This show highlights student work and the Buchanan community, giving everyone who takes classes a chance to show their work to the public.
