"Memphis Cartonera: Cooperative Publishing, Art, and Action" will transform Clough-Hanson Gallery into a Cartonera workshop, library, and showcase. Join us on January 27 to find out more about the Cartonera movement, and come back throughout the exhibition for workshops, artist talks, and to see our local Cartonera in action.

Nelson Gutierrez will serve as artist-in-residence during the exhibition, working with the Memphis Cartonera, offering a workshop and talk, and showing his Death of Fear series of drawings depicting individuals at protest from around the world.
