David Lusk Gallery ends the year with an exhibition of new work by Maysey Craddock. Craddock’s gouache paintings on found papers that are embroidered together serve as visual explorations of continually changing coastlines that shift between water and land. With ever-growing concerns about climate change and recent devastating hurricanes, Craddock’s images present the water and earth beautifully and proudly while reminding us of its fragility.
