ArtLab is a room in the museum. Dierkes' installation incorporates light, mirrors, crocheted film, old film reels threaded with fabric, slides, a Christmas tree, chair, umbrella, and projectors. The result is somewhat like being in a church with stained glass windows, only the subject matter is 1950's family home movies.
