Jym Davis

Jym Davis is exhibiting his fanciful 3-D, wearable masks in this solo alumni exhibition at Carson-Newman University. Davis has shown his work in more than 40 exhibitions around the USA and in 5 foreign countries. He earned his MFA at UNC-Greensboro, and is currently an Art Professor at Reinhardt University, in northern Georgia. Over the past few years, Davis has held 5 Artist-In-Residencies in USA national parks from Florida to California. His masks are inspired by the environment, nature, and wild animals of these national parks in abstract and unique ways.
