In his new series, Used Tires, Shawn Poynter continues his quest to photograph every used tire store in Knoxville. It's an exercise in observation and documentation that'll make you start to notice tire stores you drive by every day but never see, and contemplate how long these spots- with their uniquely charming and often-hand-painted signage- might be around.
