As a group, we are taking a moment to look back on events, items, people, music, etc. to establish the things that we believe to be unique to us individually and collectively in hopes of creating a peek into our lives, perhaps even parts we don’t talk about. While we look back to aspects of our childhoods, we are slowly uncovering memories by reminiscing on our pasts. As children, we grow up with such a unique perspective of how we experienced life and the things that once surrounded us. We don't want to say goodbye to being kids and we don't want to convey envy of our childhoods, we simply want to recognize that those things happened and that we experienced them. Through sharing our memories, we noticed there are some similarities and differences in our pasts, and our differences are what establishes the uniqueness of our ideas. We all grew up living in separate environments that have made us into the people we are today, and those paintings and drawings will be reflecting that.
