MENDING AND GNAWING

Gallery 1010 (UTK) / 1150 McCalla Ave. February 19, 2021 - February 21, 2021

Faith Belt, Rose Hamm

Mending and Gnawing is a collaborative art show between Faith Belt and Rose Hamm, two students of the University of Tennessee. Through the media of sewing, ceramic sculpture, and drawing, Mending and Gnawing creates a conversation around belonging, domesticity, and inner thought. The exhibition revolves around individuals’ introspection into familial and internal questions, as well as an enjoyment of narrative, nostalgia, and introspection.

Join Mending and Gnawing’s opening reception via zoom on February 19 anytime from 6:00-9:00 PM. The zoom link is available at Gallery 1010’s website. In Person viewings are by appointment and can be booked at the Gallery 1010’s website as well.
