Tri-Star Arts is pleased to present a site responsive pop-up exhibition titled Foist by Hammet Reavis (Sewanee, TN) in the carriage house at the historic Candoro Marble Building, on view Friday, September 4 through Saturday, September 5, 2026.

A reception will be held on Friday, September 4, from 5:00 until 8:00 pm (artist in attendance). The address is 4450 Candora Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37920 and admission is always free of charge. Visitors should drive only on the crushed gravel driveway and parking lot surfaces. Driving vehicles on the lawn is always prohibited.

Hammet Reavis (b. 1987, Nashville, TN) is a sculptor based in Sewanee, Tennessee. He is a recent graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, where he earned an MFA in Sculpture + Extended Media (2026) as a two-time recipient of the Paul F. Miller Graduate Scholarship in Sculpture. He also holds a BFA in Sculpture with a minor in Art History from the Herron School of Art and Design, Indianapolis (2010).
