WHEN COLOR WANDERS

Katie Aronat, Jan Burleson, Jessica Schulman

Aronat, Burleson and Schulman were separately the recipients of the "Juror's Choice" awards for the 2024 AVA Juried Member Exhibition. They were granted a group exhibition of their work together. This exhibit will feature recent works developed by each artist over the last year, most created for this exhibition along with a few other pieces. Aronat, Burleson and Schulman each have a fascination with color, shape and geometry in their respective works. Aronat and Burleson utilize different processes to create visual spaces of abstraction and pattern in their work and Schulman utilizing figures, architectural elements and color to create fantastical, dreamlike landscapes. Truly, this show is a colorful feast for the eyes!
