This summer Shapeshifter will be showing at Apothecary! Join on July 7th (First Friday) from 5:00-9:00PM. We will be showing Carina Pearson and Kirby Miles. Carina is a Nashville-based artist who makes energetic drawings incorporating symbols and elements of power. Kirby will displaying paintings that create a churning hunger in the mind with its bright colors, soft fur, and grotesque textures. Both artists comment on female gender expectations and psychological natures of womanhood in a very playful "girlish" way.
