ALEX KIMBALL: OUTDOOR CAT

Hopes / 1503 Duncan Ave. October 4 - November 15th

Alex Kimball

Hopes is pleased to present Outdoor Cat, a solo exhibition by Alex Kimball, and our inaugural program since opening here in Chattanooga. If you’re in town, swing by for the opening reception on October 4th.

Alongside Alex’s presentation in the dining room, the gallery will present Kimball’s animated short film, Valley of the Gods, in the crawl space, where it will play on loop throughout the run of the show.

In related news, I will be placing a tin of cat food on the edge of the porch every morning during Alex’s exhibition, hoping to befriend a neighborhood stray. Wish me luck, and I hope to see you on the 4th.
