2019 JURIED STUDENT EXHIBITION

Cress Gallery of Art (UTC) / 752 Vine St. January 8, 2019 - January 31, 2019

This year's Juror, Jill Frank, Assistant Professor in the Welch School of Art and Design at Georgia State University, selected 53 works from 121 submissions for inclusion in the exhibition, designating 9 works to receive awards to be announced on Jan. 22 during the annual celebration of this event. An additional 13 students were honored by the Juror's inclusion of both of their submissions. As is the tradition, the Juror's public lecture about her own work will take place Jan. 22 at 5:30pm in the Benwood Auditorium of the EMCS Bldg. directly across Vine St. from the Cress, followed by the exhibition reception and award presentation in the lobby of the Cress.
