2018 JURIED MEMBER EXHIBITION

AVA: Association for Visual Arts / 30 Frazier Ave. August 31, 2018 - September 19, 2018

The Association for Visual Arts Juried Member Show is now on view in the AVA galleries. This anticipated exhibition showcases the array and skill of AVA’s membership. AVA Artists submitted inquiries, to be scored by a qualified group of local jurors based on technique, originality, intent, aesthetics, and presentation. Out of a total 96 artworks submitted, 23 received the highest ranking and acceptance into the collection. As tradition with this annual showcase, the jurors also selected a member to be awarded a 2019 solo exhibition in AVA’s main gallery. This winning artist will be announced at the reception on September 7, 2018 (6-8PM). The duration of the Juried Member Show is August 31st - September 19th. This exhibitions is sponsored by J.D.
