I began my jounrney into Still and Moving Imagery after the first time I saw the photograph “Siamese Twins” by Joel-Peter Witkin. I am influenced by the Italian cinema genre; Giallo, Alfred Hitchcock, Darren Aronofsky, and Neo-Noir Films. Common topics I cover with my work are associated with: Time, Memory, Psychology, and Technology. Bold saturation and vibrance of colors are frequent in my work while being balanced with black; Black being a primary color I use and meticulously edit my work to have the remaining colors to work for the photo as a whole. I use my films to engage and entertain the viewer. Many themes and topics involved in my films are based on actual events and socially current topics disguised as Horror/ Psychological Thriller work implementing the conventions of Narrative Cinema. My main objective as an artist is rather simple: to tell stories. When a viewer sees my work and is moved or leaves feeling entertained and enjoyed their experience the work is a success.
