Mika Agari is a multi-media artist living in Antioch, Tennessee. She is currently attending Watkins College of Art and Design, where she will graduate with her B.F.A. in the fall of 2015. Agari’s work has been in Prime Time: Third Annual New Media Juried Exhibition at the Asheville Art Museum, The Packing Plant in Nashville, TN and her video work Walmart & Security Space was screened at Light and Sound Machine at Third Man Records. Agari also co-curated the exhibition In Place which took place in an empty storefront of a dead mall in Antioch, TN.

Agari's work centers around public spaces and the everyday. She uses performance to explore public consumer spaces and question the structures we enter into on a daily basis. She uses ready made materials such as sugar, Oreos and fast food uniforms to further investigate these ideas.
